- 1 / 5By Cindy CousinsStopped here on Friday Oct 14th on our way back to Buffalo after a Google search. The guy that appeared to be the manager was a monster and had no place being in charge of anyone, especially kids that were so obviously terrified of him. The poor kids looked down, didn't make eye contact and did their best to avoid him. It was so uncomfortable waiting for our pretzels and watching him yell at a girl and berate her in front of the waiting customers, in a kitchen open to the counter and seating. I really hope he isn't one of the owners. Pretzel was good, but not good enough to witness that again. Those kids need to get a different job and that guy needs to get fired.July 06, 2016
